Cardio Week 2015! Hop and Tap

You might see the name of this workout and think it's a children's recess game or a new dance move. But don't let the title fool you. You'll perform the following four exercises in a row: front-to-back hops, pushup-position hand taps, side-to-side hops, and pushup-position shoulder taps. Do each movement for 20 seconds, and then rest 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. That's 1 round. Do 2 rounds total.
